Join us this Thursday at Grants Block for a movie that will keep you laughing all night long. Airplane! is about an airline crew that gets ill mid-flight, and the only person capable of landing the plane is an ex-pilot who’s too afraid to fly. Classic slapstick comedy. A free movie under the stars? Surely you can’t be serious? I am serious, and don’t call me Shirley….

The work presented in the Chromophilia exhibition is a result of in-depth investigations of color and materials. These explorations are articulated within the format of jewelry, which uses the human body as a pedestal. These artists have challenged the traditional concept of what adornment is, and are working beyond the borders of conventional jewelry. Curated by Islay Taylor and Devienna Angrainni. Chromophilia will be on exhibit from September 9th to October 9th.
Craftland, 235 Westminster St.
