Bon Appétit! Ellie’s Bakery

A while ago, when Ellie’s Bakery was still under construction, I tried one of these Lime Sugar Glazed Cookies and it was the best cookie I’ve had in a while. Every time I go to Ellie’s I have to have it, the hint of lime is is refreshing and mellowed out with the sweet sugar glaze and buttery cookie. It’s not your average sugar cookie.
